LyNEST 2D-R


This software designed by Bilko R&D department, bring a solution to the nesting problem of nesting in an optimal way different size and quantity of parts on different size and quantity of plates.
Typically used for CNC shares and glass cutting machines, Lynest may be easyly applied for other type of cutting machines.

Thanks to the very efficient CNC connection LyNEST-2D-R may be connected to CYBELEC DNC60 series Share CNC units with a serial link. Hence, the operator has no need to program backgauge positions one by one. LyNEST2D-R calculates them automatically and giude the operator for turning operations from 2D display of a standard PC.

LYNEST-2D-R is also used for simulting the cutting process, calculating production costs and reporting of cutting sequences data.

SpaceClaimSMOPlus


SpaceClaimSMOPLus is sheet-metal oriented CAD/CAM solution including a new generation associative 3D CAD editor together with a very powerful  sheet-metal package. SpaceClaimSMOPlus imports various format of 3D models from any CAD system and export also with various format models. In addition, using a special 2D DXF format, it's possible to use the output of SpaceClaimSMOPlus on CYBELEC and other CNC controllers for press-brakes.

SMO :

The SMO (Sheet Metal Optimizer) is  a very usefull and affordable software package developed by CATALCAD company.  SMO is mainly used to import a 3D part model in order to reduce it in 2D and to make it possible to produce it with press-brakes.
